ANDRÉ A. DE VIVO

André A. De Vivo is a partner at Bratus Capital and was a board member of 5 companies: executive aviation company Global Aviation, snacks & beverages company Globalbev, the cosmetics company Valmari, fast-food chain Espaço Árabe and real estate developer Sequóia.

In the past, André served in the Board of Directors and as CEO of pharmaceutical company Farmasa for 5 years and as a lawyer in De Vivo, Whitaker e Castro Advogados (DVWCA) for 11 years, a firm he founded, served as a Senior Partner, and currently serves as Chairman of the Board. During his law career, André focused on helping Brazilian company owners solve complex business and shareholder-related issues, forging relationships with Brazilian families and entrepreneurs firmly based on trust.

In 1989, he founded Loan Gestão Imobiliária, a third-party property management company also embodying the Bratus principle of property transformation to create value.

André holds a Law Degree from Pontifíca Universidade Católica - São Paulo (PUC-SP) and an OPM from Harvard Business School.

FÁBIO IDOETA

Fabio is a partner at Bratus Capital and has 9 years of private equity and real estate experience. Before that, he worked for 4 years as Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Manager at Gol Airlines, the second largest airline in Brazil. Before Gol, he was a Financial Planning Analyst at Embratel, one of the largest telecommunication companies in the country.

He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - São Paulo (FGV-SP) and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.

JOAQUIM AZEVEDO

Joaquim is a partner at Bratus Real Estate. With over 25 years’ experience in real estate, Joaquim was a director at Toll Brothers, Davis Brody Bond Aedas and JHSF.

He holds an Architecture and Urbanism degree from FAU-University of São Paulo and AMDP in Real Estate from Harvard University.
